Run Talk Run is my tribe, my family! I started running to pass the bleep test for the fire service, I was already in “recovery” from a deep dark place in my life and I read about RTR in runners world (my nearest being London!) 👀 Managed to sort a work meeting in the city with travel and booked on Southwark, but lockdown hit. Gutted. I really wanted to be a RunTalkRun’er, then the penny dropped. Ipswich could have a RTR, Jess was super supportive setting up, and we’ve been going one full year in Ipswich and I love leading the runs and attending other RTRs as I travel around in Sheila the Camper 🙌
